These terms cover Stash, the Windows desktop app from Swangentic. By downloading or using Stash, you agree to the terms below.
1. License Grant
A one-time purchase gives you a perpetual license to use that major version of Stash. It's yours to keep — there's no subscription, no renewal, and no expiration date on the version you bought.
2. Updates
All updates to your current major version are included at no additional cost for as long as that version is supported.
3. Refunds
Once purchases go live, refunds will follow Gumroad's standard refund window and process, unless a more specific Swangentic refund policy is published here first.
4. Acceptable Use & No Warranty
Stash is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Swangentic is not liable for financial decisions you make using information displayed in the app — Stash is a tool for organizing and tracking your own data, not financial advice.
You agree not to use Stash for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software outside the license granted to you.
5. Future Major Versions
If a new major version of Stash is released in the future, existing customers will be offered a discounted upgrade path rather than being asked to pay full price again.
