Privacy Policy
This policy covers two separate things: Stash, the desktop app, and swangentic.com, the website you're reading right now. We've tried to keep it as short as the two actually require — there isn't much to say when a product doesn't collect data.
1. The App
Stash stores everything — your accounts, bills, transactions, budgets, and settings — locally on your own Windows machine. Nothing is transmitted to us or anyone else, nothing is synced to a server, and nothing is collected. There are no user accounts and no in-app analytics of any kind. Stash cannot see your financial data, because it never leaves your device.
2. The Website
This website runs no analytics and no tracking of any kind — no cookies, no pixels, no third-party scripts watching what you do here.
The only information we ever collect through this site is an email address, and only if you choose to join the waitlist. That form is hosted by Tally; submitting it is the one and only way this site collects anything about you.
3. Purchases
Stash isn't for sale yet. Once it is, purchases will be handled entirely by Gumroad — we never see or store your payment details. Gumroad's own privacy policy governs any checkout and payment data at that point.
4. Support Contact
If you email swanny@swangentic.com, that message is used only to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to any list or use it for anything else.
5. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or the app after a change means you accept the update.
